We all are born with a growth mindset and an unbreakable mindset. We are natural go-getters and do not care about failing. It is only from our nature/nurture (the creation of our ego), that this may have conditioned our perspective to think that it is not natural…
We live in a capitalist (competitive) society. We are competitive, and through that competitive nature, we naturally suppress others in anyway shape and form to “climb the ladder.” Hence, when you see someone that truly wants the best for another in supporting and challenging them to a higher standard, they are called a leader. But here’s the little secret… WE ARE ALL LEADERS (if we choose)! We all possess that love-based nature. Look at any child or animal… They radiate this loving energy!
Does this sound crazy?
If so, it’s only because we have come so far from our true selves (love, fearlessness, go-getter mentality to get after anything to everything we imagine). In today’s society, this is now looked upon as, “Wow… I wish I had that!” or “He’s full of himself!”
Instead of taking massive action and declaring their intentions to achieve what they want and naturally can have, they create barriers through their doubt. Once the barriers keep mounting, the “wall” gets too big and intimidating… And before you know it, their momentum eventually slows down to a halt and they quit their journey…
Does this sound familiar?
Have you been guilty of this? I know I have at every stage of my life…
If you are saying to yourself, “My barriers come from my fears…” Understand this, there is healthy fear and there is unhealthy fear.
Healthy fear guides us and keeps us aware of our innate nature to protect and avoid dangerous situations. This stems from Heart-based living (in the moment being).
Unhealthy fear is based from our egos (over thinking and analyzing). It tries to protect our status quo and to be “right” by any means necessary. For the majority of the time, it’s creating havoc in our minds by misinterpreting and misleading us down a path to our own destruction.
Understanding this will help you distinctly identify what the reality of your situation is and get you back to your natural state of being.
Remember, you naturally…
- Are love
- Give love
- Are a go-getter (craving growth)
- Thrive under challenges
- Aren’t disturbed by setbacks
- Not worried about anyone’s opinions
NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU NATURALLY ARE!
